ROSEMARY FISHER JENNINGS
ROSEMARY FISHER JENNINGS, 76, of Baytown, Texas passed away Wednesday August 11, 1999 in a local hospital. She was born July 11, 1923 in Cedar Bayou, Texas. She was a homemaker and a life member of Cedar Bayou United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the DRT, Daughters of the Republic of Texas (Solomon Barrow Chapter), DAR, Daughters of the American Revolution, Baytown Chapter American Diabetes Association, Cedar Bayou Garden Club, and the Chambers County Historical Commission. The family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Friday August 13, 1999 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held Saturday August 14, 1999, 10 a.m. at the Cedar Bayou United Methodist Church in Baytown, with Rev. Roddy Bland officiating and Dr. Jimmy Jackson and Rev. Jeff Powers assisting. Burial will follow at the Cedar Bayou United Methodist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bill Barker, Reggie Brewer, John C. Echols, Warren Fisher , Conrad Magouirk, Boots Nelson, Mark Tiller, and Greg Wallace. Honorary pallbearers will be Cecil Bobbitt, Dr. Phil Eichelberger, Lonnie Fisher , Bob Gillette, Ted Hazlewood, Douglas Stewart, Ken Taylor, and Lindsey Wilcox. Mrs. Jennings was preceded in death by her daughter, Glenda Ann Jennings and her parents, Pirtle Joseph and Annie Grace Fisher . She is survived by her husband, Johnnie Glenn Jennings Sr.; son and daughter-in-law, Johnnie Glenn Jennings Jr. and his wife Connie; and grandsons, Johnnie Glenn Jennings III and Edmund Lee Jennings, all of Baytown. In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be made to Cedar Bayou United Methodist Church or the American Diabetes Association. Arrangements are under the direction of
